Environmental Management College of China ， Qinhuangdao Hebei 066004 ， China ） Abstract ： As a leisure vacation and tourist resort, Qinhuangdao city regards agrotourism as a new economic growth point in implementing Tourism Setting Up City development strategy, and has active practice in meeting the need of the low-carbon time and developing agrotourism. The paper proposed the countermeasures and path selection of developing agrotourism in Qinhuangdao city by analyzing the necessity and the present status of Qinhuangdao agrotourism development under the low-carbon economy.
