Unit 6 Book 1 Detailed Reading I. Difficult Sentences He looked for the girl whose heart he knew, but whose face he didn’t, the girl with the rose. (Para. 2) 1) Paraphrase the sentence. (He tried to find the girl who shared many of his views, interests and feelings but who he had never met before. The girl was supposed to wear a rose at their first meeting.) 2) Translate the sentence into Chinese. (他在寻找一位姑娘,一位佩戴玫瑰的姑娘。他知其心,但不知其貌。) Each letter was a seed falling on a fertile heart.
