The NPC said the method oftaxation will be discussed and is subject to change. The NPC willalso solicit opinions from experts and tax authorities. Expertssaid the property taxes law will probably be passed by 2017 andsuggested it should only be levied on a housing area of more than60 sq m per person. Analysts said the tax will help regulate theonce over-heated property market and narrow the gap between therich and the poor. 十二届全国人大常委会立法规划本周公布，房地产税法正式列入其中。人大称将就房地产税的征收办法进行审议和修改，并向专家和税收机关公开征求意见。专家预计，房地产税法有望在2017年获得通过，建议人均60平方米内免征。分析称房地产税有助于规范过热的房地产市场，并缩小贫富差距。(中新网) Ozone pollution in Shanghai 上海连续11天臭氧污染 Shanghai had been suffering from ozone pollution for 11consecutive days from July 25 to Aug 4, with the air quality indexreaching its highest at 181 on Aug 4, according to ShanghaiEnvironmental Monitoring Center. Ozone pollution occurs with therising temperature and sizzling sunshine after mid day. Prolongedexposure can cause eye irritation, coughing and other respiratorydiseases. As wearing a mask, which is a usual precaution against PM2.5, cant protect people from ozone pollution, the citysenvironmental authorities have advised residents to avoid outdooractivities around 2-3 pm, when the pollution is at its worst. 据上海市环境监测中心监测，从7月25日至8月4日，上海已经连续11天遭受臭氧污染，其中污染指数最高的是8月4日，达到了181。臭氧污染是伴随着午后气温升高、阳光日益强烈而上升的。长期暴露于臭氧环境中会导致眼睛过敏、咳嗽及其他呼吸疾病。不同于PM2.5的预防，佩戴口罩对臭氧预防无效，环保部门建议市民，午后两三点臭氧污染最严重的时候尽量避免户外活动。(新闻晨报) Ning wi
