中文摘要在我国陆续成功开展诸多盛会的大背景下，针对旅游人才的需求逐渐由单一的专业技能，发展为独具国际事业、跨文化意识理念显著的高复合型专业人才。现阶段，高职基础英语在大纲中明确了培养高职学生跨文化交际能力的教学目标。尤其是涉外旅游相对强的旅游专业，培养其跨文化交际能力的教学方案也逐渐归到教学任务中。其中，旅游英语课程教学在培养学生跨文化交际能力方面也逐渐加大关注力度，将创新关键点放在培养学生具备专业旅游理论的同时，形成超前且优秀的国际意识和跨文化交际能力。本文重点围绕跨文化交际能力与相关概念。对高职涉外旅游专业学生跨文化交际能力的相关依据与原则进行阐述，参考权威学者对跨文化交际能力的构成要素与影响因素的界定，建设出适用于旅游专业学生的跨文化交际能力体系，采取定量分析、定性分析等方式，来调研分析高职院校涉外旅游专业学生的跨文化交际能力现状，进一步强调出学生在文化交际意识、调适水平、知识框架和交际实践水平方面依然存在的弊端，以客观角度为出发点进行原因分析，并提出可行性建议，致力于推动高职涉外旅游专业跨文化交际能力的深入创新变革，以期为其他课程、学科增设跨文化交际能力的教学方案提供理论依据。【关键词】 旅游专业；跨文化交际能力；高复合人才AbstractIn our country have successfully carried out a lot of events big background, according to the need of tourism talents gradually by a single professional skills, for the development of unique concept of international business, cross-cultural awareness significantly higher professional talents.
