Programmable logic controller is a specialized in industrial control computer, its hardware structure is basically the same as a microcomputer. This article is based on programmable logic controller PLC and touch screen software design three-phase asynchronous motor star triangle step-down start system and monitoring system. This design USES mitsubishis high-performance small FX2N series programmable controller to control the three-phase asynchronous motor star triangle step-down startup system, FX series PLC, the most widely used products in the series of PLC was introduced in 1991, because of its high cost performance, get the favour of the masses of users. FX2N series PLC is the combination of the integral and modular stack structure. By ladder diagram programming language more straightforward, so that the electrical systems run automatically according to the requirement, and second, the three-phase asynchronous motor star triangle step-down starting system of touch screen monitor system is to realize the real-time monitoring data.
