学兔兔 第48卷 第3期 石 油 化 工 自 动 化 Vol_48。No．3 2012年6月 AUTOMATION IN PETR()_CHEMICAL INDUSTRY June，2012 长输管道SCADA系统选型及应用 陈秀丽 (中国石化销售有限公司华南分公司，广州510620) 摘要：长输管道站点分布广、数量多，操作控制方式以站控和中控相结合且以中控统一集中调度为主。通过对长输管道 SCADA系统国内外情况及发展的分析，比较了目前在长输管道应用中的SCADA系统调度中心两种典型系统结构；通过对两 种结构的优缺点和故障率的比较和分析，论述了不同条件下相应的系统结构在长输管道中的应用场合和选择方式；提出了远控 站、分控站和主控站设立的依据和方法，最大限度地发挥不同结构的作用。 关键词：数据采集与监视控制 长输管道 集中式结构 分布式结构 中图分类号：TP273 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007—7324(2012)03—0026—04 Type Selection and Application of SCADA System of Long Transportation Pipeline Chen Xiuli (South Branch，Sinopec Chemical Product Sales Company，Guangzhou，510620，China) Abstract：Long transportation pipeline has large amount of widely distributed stations．Station control and centralized control are combined，and unified and centralized scheduling through central is mainly adopted．By analyzing the status and development of SCADA system of long transportation pipeline at home and abroad，the structure of two typica1 systems used in SCADA system scheduling centre for long transportation pipeline are compared．By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and failure rate of these two structures，the application sites and selection modes of related system structure under different conditions in long transportation pipeline are discussed．The setting bases and method of remote control station，separate control station and central control station are put forward to maximize the roles of different structures． Key words：SCA
