Today Id like to illustrate individual contribution which is the most decisive. As universally recognized, when several people come together to make efforts towards a common goal, a team is naturally formed, whether they realize it or not. At the same time, their interest and fortune are linked. Though we often lay much emphasis on leadership, every individual contribution admits no ignorance. Actually without members active cooperation, a good leader is of no use. So everyone matters in a team. For common interest and aim, everyone needs to contribute actively. But how on earth can we make individual contributions? Only when we truly figure out its meaning can we can know the direction of making efforts. Individual contribution includes contributing your energy to your team. Energy means time and thought. And you should do this not only out of compulsory arrangement but also the responsibility for your team. It concerns your image and your interest. But how to spare energy can most effectively benefit our team? First and foremost, adequately prepare for your own part. After receiving the arrangement of work from the leader, if you have any questions or objections, you should bring it out immediately rather than just abandon your responsibility secretly. When everyone part gathered, that will result in great inconvenience for your whole team and slow down the process of task. And once you accept it, which means you make a promise to finish it on time. Thus spare no pains to make it
