黄河科技学院毕业设计说明书 第  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 32 页 PAGE 4 黄河科技学院毕业设计说明书 第  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 页 毕业设计说明书 车灯灯罩注塑模具设计与制造 院（系）名称 工学院机械系 专业名称材料成型及控制工程摘 要 模具制造技术迅速发展，已成为现代制造技术的重要组成部分。如模具的CAD/CAM技术，模具的激光快速成型技术，模具的精密成形技术，模具的超精密加工技术。本文主要介绍的是充电器外壳注塑模具的设计方法方法。该注射模采用了1模2腔侧抽芯的结构。首先分析了充电器外壳制件的工艺特点，包括材料性能、成型特性与条件、结构工艺性等，并选择了成型设备。接着介绍了摩托车灯罩注塑模的分型面的选择、型腔数目的确定及布置，重点介绍了浇注系统、成型零件、合模导向机构、脱模机构以及冷却系统的设计。然后选择标准模架和模具材料，并对注射机的工艺参数进行相关校核。最后对模具零件的加工进行了阐述。 关键词：摩托车灯罩 ；注射模具 ；浇注系统；脱模机构 The mold injection of Motorcycle lamp Abstract The mold manufacture technology rapid development, has become the modern manufacture technology the important constituent. If the mold CAD/CAM technology, the mold laser fast takes shape the technology, the mold precise formed technology, the mold ultra precise processing technology. The designing methods of injection mold of the Motorcycle lamp are mainly introduced in this paper .This injection mold used 1 mold 2 cavities sides to pull out the core the structure. First,the technological characteristics are analysed of Motorcycle lamp,including material properties,forming characteristics and conditions,the process of the structure,the forming equipment is selected.Then the parting line is selected,the number of cavities is determined.The specific introduction are made on gating system,cooling system,Molding parts,steering mechanism,and spacer parting institutions.Then the standard mold bases and mold materials are selected.and of the forming equipment is checked.Finally,the machining method of molding parts are analysed.
