Starting with the concept of financial shared service, on the basis of expounding financial accounting and management status in railway transport enterprise, this paper analyzes the conditions of implementing financial shared service center in the enterprise from the aspects of enterprise scale, location selection management foundation and technical foundation, and puts forward countermeasures of building financial shared service center in the enterprise from the aspects of supporting of financial information platform, adjustment of department performance and transforming of financial staff. The establishing of financial shared service center in railway transport enterprise has an important meaning in strengthening centralized management and control, realizing the integration of business and financial data, reducing cost and adapting for the tax system reform.
