Abstract
The neuroendocrine hormone changes in retroperitoneal
laparoscopic operation
Objective: To investigate changes of neuroendocrine hormone in retroperitoneal of
laparoscopic patients,Research in this area is now mainly concentrated in the open
and laparoscopic surgery in a larger time period before and after the test compared to
the previous value of, And controversial, For a smaller perioperative period of time
trend study of hormone less perioperative period in this experiment on a small period
of time to implement detection of hormonal changes, hormonal changes in a more
detailed understanding of trends, provide the basis for clinical data.
Methods: 23 cases were observed during retroperitoneallaparoscopicoperation,
aged 23 to 69 years old, 13 males and 10 females. All cases, no severe preoperative
liver and kidney dysfunction, without diabetes, angina, myocardial infarction history,
no high blood pressure, thyroid disease, blood disease and other metabolic disorders.
Preoperative not used drugs such as glucocorticoid hormones for more than two
weeks, in which renal cysts in 15 cases, ureteral stones in 6 cases, 1 case of adrenal
cyst, chyluria in 1 case. All patients were B-, CT and other tests confirmed that the
surgery carried out under general anesthesia, operative time were around 1h,
post-operative pathology. Respectively, of pre-pneumoperitoneum 10min (Ta),
pneumoperitoneum after 30min (Tb), pneumoperitoneum pneumoperitoneum after
60min or coming to an end (Tc), after the demolition of gas 30min (Td), and 60min
