Nowadays,It is not uncommon to see some teenage beggars in the streets and there is an increase in juvenile deliquency.Many reasons may account for these phenomenon.These teenagers may come from poor family and they didn’t receive good education.In addition,some criminals force them.They break children’s arms or legs,make them dumb or blind ,in order to send them to the streets.Passers-by will show great sympathy for those disabled children and give them money.However few of them aware of the fact that their money never help teenagers at all.Contrarily,their sympathy drive those criminals to hurt more families and damage the future of more children.
