Company should welcome feedback from people who use the goods it produces. It is even more so for small business. In competing with large concerns, however, the small firm has at least two important factors working to its advantage: first, it is closer contract with customers and employees, and second, it is flexibility in production, marketing, and service. If companies solicits reliable customers’ feedback regularly, they can come to know how to positively take brand-building activities, such as advertising, in favor of tactics, especially price promotions, so as to increase market share quickly.It’s important to listen to the opinions of reliable customers. Because you have to be aware of current trends in suppliers’ market, competitors’ activity and both local and global customer demand. It is even more important to hear their perspective on where the future is heading. I believe that real competitive advantage comes from listening to others, including those with different perspectives. There is a room for communication even though we have different views. We can seek common ground while reserving differences. We should listen to their opinions of the brands. Brands are among a company’s most valuable assets.Brands are insubstantial things. Mere symbols, names, and associations. Sometimes they signal real differences between products. Sometimes they are pure illusion. Either way, brands are akin to a product’s reputation, and they influence consumers’ reputation, and they influence consumers’ perceptions. Brands add value by making customers loyal and, often, willing to pay more for the things branded. You have to get the customer opinions and keep abreast of this information.
