This paper describes the development of inclusive finance, respectively, from the point of view of demand and supply in rural Gansu current financial status of demand and supply, and through data analysis to illustrate the development of rural finance in Gansu Province, from the establishment of new financial institutions in rural areas credit system construction, agricultural insurance and financial laws and regulations attempt to build inclusive financial system in rural areas of Gansu Province.
