The HV power of Energypac is on to 33kV isolation switch outdoor. The DC power and control power both 3.3kV and 33kV switch on, control loops of VCB is closed. The spring of VCB is charged. ?NORMAL STEP OF HV POWER ON: ①　Check the 33kV voltage of INCOMING on meter, it should not too low or too high. When it’s higher than 35kV or lower than 29kV, the VCB will not close to protect load. ②　Close the INCOMING isolate HV switch outdoor firmly, then lock it. ③　Close the INCOMING VCB on remote control panel by operate DISCRPANCY SWITCH FOR BREAKER. ④　Check voltage on 2nd remote panel, then close the VCB of main transformer. ⑤　Check MV voltage of transformer,it will be 3.3kV. STEP2. The HV power from 33kV switch will go to the main transformer by close the HV VCB. STEP3. The power of main transformer come to MV entrance, if the voltage of main transformer is stable and correct, then close the breaker of INCOMING. If it looks stable, then do flowing step. STEP4. The MV power is on busbar , we need send it to each pump panel we need. STEP5. Send MV power to pump drive panel, pump engineer could test and run the motor of pump. STEP6. Send MV power to LV transformer, set each useful loop standby. 4.2 HV power OFF of WTP STEP1, Power OFF all MV load breaker, include LV transformer. We do not open HV VCB or switch with MV load. STEP2, Disconnect the link pad of GEN AUTO-Start, then switch OFF the MV INCOMING breaker. STEP3, NORMAL STEP OF HV POWER OFF: ①　Open the VCB of main transformer. ②　Open the INCOMING VCB on remote control panel by operate DISCRPANCY SWITCH FOR BREAKER. ③　If needed, open the INCOMING isolate HV switch ou
