（2014届） 毕业论文 题 目货币时间价值在财务管理中的应用 学 院 经济管理学院 专 业 会计学 年 级 2012级 学生学号 12010248889 学生姓名 王凯翔 指导教师 董晓芳 2013年11 月 24日  货币时间价值在财务管理中的应用 摘 要 货币的时间价值，是在企业财务管理以及我们日常生活理财中非常重要的一个概念。 随着经济和社会的不断发展，金融市场也不断的发展和完善，为货币时间价值的存在提供了基础，同时也提高了利用货币时间价值的机会。其中，资金的时间价值揭示不同时点上资金的换算关系 ，是企业筹资和投资决策须考虑的一个重要因素，也是企业估价的基础，离开这一因素，就无法计算不同时期的财务收支，无法正确评价企业盈亏。 本文从货币时间价值的客观存在入手，主要对货币时间价值在财务管理中的筹资、投资决策、经营管理及在证券估价的应用进行论述。目的是为了引起我们对其加以足够正确认识和运用货币时间价值规律，减少因忽视其存在而造成的经济损失，不断提高企业经济效益。 【关键词】：货币时间价值，财务管理，经营管理  Abstract The time value of money, is the enterprise financial management and financial management is very important in our daily life of a concept. With the continuous development of economic and social, financial markets also unceasing development and perfection,provides a foundation for the existence of the time value of money,at the same time,it increases the chances of using the time value of money.Among them,the time value of money to reveal different point in time the conversion relation of some money,is the enterprise financing and investment decisions are one of the important factors must be considered,also the foundation of enterprise valuation,leave this factor,cannot be calculated in different periods of financial revenues and expenditures,unable to correctly evaluate the enterprise profit and loss. In this paper,from the objective existence of the time value of money,mainly for the time value of money in the financial management of fund-raising,investment decision-making,management and application in securities valuation is discussed,The purpose is to cause us enough of the correct understanding and using the law of the time value of money,reduce the economic loss caused by neglect its existence,to improve enterprise economic benefits. 【Keywords】: The time value of money ,The financial manag
