金融法：财经数据表达翻译泛瑞翻译翻译实践过程中，我们经常会碰到各类经济数据的表达和处理。法律英语文书中，各类财经数据出现的频率也很高，因为某些法律权利和义务往往是以各种具体的数据来量化确定的。掌握一些地道的英文财经数据表达方式，对法律文书翻译以及其他门类的翻译都有一定的帮助。另外，英语习惯对同一意义采用不同词语和不同句式，以避免相邻句子词语和句式的雷同。这就要求我们译者必须要掌握一定数量的近义词。I. 数据的静态表达为了把问题说清楚一些，姑且将财经指标数据表达分为静态表达和动态表达，这里所谓静态表达即描述某一经济指标在某一时间点，或在某一时间段内达到某一特定数量。动态表达就是描述某一经济指标在特定时间内的变化幅度。静态表达句子中，结构通常比较简单，常用的大致有如下两种：第一种：指标名称（主语）+ 表示处于、达到、超过某一水平的动词（谓语） + 数据 + 单位（宾语） + 地点或时间状语；例句：The netpany‘s net assets totaled RMB80million as of the end ofJune， 2007.此种表达结构中，可以变换使用的是谓语动词。下面就可以使用在此种结构中常用的谓语动词作一个小结：1.达到，处于某一指标数据含有达到、处于（某一指标数据）意义并且能担任谓语功能的词汇很多，我这里略举几个常用的：be， reach，amount to， total， stand at，run into， run to， nete out at， average， hit. 这几个单词，后面都可以直接跟数据，但意义也稍有出入。下面，我们通过一些例句对各自的意义和用法作一个稍微直观的了解：Be：这个词类似万金油，在不能灵活应用其它词汇的情况下，可以用这个，简单明了：WireTech‘s net profits for the first quarter of 2008 were$125million， with operating revenues of $1，125million.Amount to：合计为，相当于The netpany‘s debts amounted to RMB55million as of the end ofMarch， 2007.His yearly innete amounts to USD80，000.Total：总计为The netpany‘s net assets totaled RMB800 million as of the end ofJune， 2005.The construction spending in 2006 totaled USD2.5 trillion.Stand at：达到The foreign currency assets increased by 20% to stand at USD80million.The country‘s foreign exchange reserve stood at USD50 billion atthe end of October， 2001.Run into：总计达The total volume of direct foreign investments in the economy ofthis region in 2008 will run into USD 1.9 billion.His innete runs into five figures.Run to：达到；不过这个意项用的不多The loss is expected to run to a pretty amount.Come out at：总数或平均数达…The consumer confidence will nete out at around 108.5.Average：平均达，平均为The ages of the people of this group average 39.Hit：达到Oil price may hit USD 200 per barrel.The country‘s export hit USD 2 billion in the first eight monthsof 2006.The yen yesterday hit a 3-year low against the US dollar.2.超过（某数量）表示超过（某数量）并且能够担任谓语功能的常用动词有exceed， top， beatExceed：超过This netpany‘s net profits achieved in the first three quartersexceeded its full-year target.Top
