Abstract
With the deepening of economic globalization, technological advances, increasing competition among enterprises, companies have realized that talent is the foundation for prosperity and development of the country. In recent years, human resource management in Chinese at the initial stage, have been widely used in various fields, especially for small and medium enterprises in China in terms of accession to the WTO. Because of its financial and material resources are limited, it can not be compared with large enterprises in strength, so people, especially the people of our countrys survival and development of small and medium enterprises to play a important role. However, as society, history and culture and their own and many other factors, talent in our small and medium enterprises are often difficult to play to their talents, the phenomenon of brain drain is quite serious, the enterprise has brought an immeasurable loss. In this paper, human resources development and management theory, through a combination of the characteristics of localization of Cixi household appliance enterprises and related policy analysis, brain drain problem for SMEs to do in-depth comprehensive analysis. First analyzed the current situation of SMEs and the serious impact of brain drain, the Study points out what the need for.Then taking example of Aijia electric company, designs the questionnaire. The loss of talent through the questionnaire and interview survey, and then analyze the data, combining the basic theory of human resource management, to find out the main reasons for brain drain in Cixi electric company.Depending on the angel of human resource development and management, countermeasures are proposed for Aijia electric company This paper has done in the following useful attempt: First, for the loss of personnel, it use questionnaire and interview methods of investigation Combination; Secondly, human motivation
