兰州肉苁蓉HPLC 指纹图谱研究 1，2，3＊ 2 2 1# 朱旭江 ，贺军权 ，杜 兴 ，刘 霞 （1. 中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所，兰州市 730000；2.甘肃省食品药 品检验所，兰州市 730000；3. 中国科学院研究生院，北京市 100039） 中图分类号 R284.1；R927 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2011）47-4477-04 摘 要 目的：建立兰州肉苁蓉的高效液相色谱指纹图谱，评价兰州肉苁蓉与肉苁蓉的内在质量差异。方法：色谱柱为ZORBAX SB C18（250mm×4.6mm ，5µm），检测波长为330nm ，流速为1.0mL ·min-1，柱温为30℃，流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸水溶液（梯度洗 脱）。采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统（2004A 、2004B 版）”软件进行数据处理，据此对兰州肉苁蓉与不同来源的肉苁蓉 药材进行比较分析。结果：标示出兰州肉苁蓉13个共有峰。不同来源的药材指纹图谱差异较大。结论：该方法精密度、稳定性、 重复性较好，可以作为肉苁蓉质量评价和品种鉴别的重要依据之一。 关键词 兰州肉苁蓉；指纹图谱；高效液相色谱法 Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Cistanche Lanzhouensis ZHU Xu-jiang ，LIU Xia （Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics ，Chinese Academy of Sciences ，Lanzhou 730000，China ） ZHU Xu-jiang ，HE Jun-quan ，DU Xing （Gansu Institute for Food and Drug Control ，Lanzhou 730000，China ） ZHU Xu-jiang （Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences ，Beijing 100039，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Cistanche Lanzhouensis and to evaluate the difference of inner qualities of samples from C. deserticola. METHODS ：The determination was performed on ZORBAX SB C18（250 mm× 4.6 mm ，5 µm）column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1％phosphoric acid （gradient elution ）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 330 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. The similarity evaluation system for chromato- graphic fingerprint of TCM （version 2004A ，version 2004B ）was used for data analysis of C. Lanzhouensis and C. deserticola from different sources. RESULTS ：There were 13 common peaks of C. Lanzhouensis. The fingerprints of C. deserticola from different sources were quite different. CONCLUSION ：The method has good precision ，stability and repeatability. It can be used for quality evaluation and variety discrimination of C. deserticola. KEY WORDS Cistanche
