摘要 摘 要 葛素有“北参南葛”、“亚洲人参”之美称，是国家卫生部首批批准的药食同 源药食两用植物。近年来，横峰县把葛产业作为富民兴县的支柱产业来抓，全县 发展葛根种植面积达 4.5 万亩，培育葛加工企业省级龙头企业 1 家及各类加工企 业10 家，葛产业带动农民增收400 余元。横峰因此被国家林业协会授予“中国葛 之乡”，横峰葛被国家认定为“地理标志保护产品”。本论文试图运用市场营销学、 区域经济学、农业经济学等有关理论，通过案例研究法、文献研究法、实地调查 法、访谈法等方法，研究横峰县葛根产业的发展现状与对策。首先，通过对葛根 产业发展概况及横峰县葛根产业发展现状的分析，为确立葛产业在横峰县农村经 济发展中的地位提供理论支撑；其次，通过对横峰县葛产业发展的SWOT 分析，全 面把握横峰县发展葛产业的优势、劣势、威胁和机会，全方位分析横峰县葛产业 的发展状况。最后，根据理论分析和现状分析依据，提出横峰县葛根产业发展的 对策措施。主要措施包括：（1）强化规划指导，优化现代化葛业发展布局；（2） 扶持龙头企业，带动基地与农户发展；（3）建立示范基地，推行葛根标准种植；（4） 实施品牌发展战略，提升葛产业竞争力；（5）深化加工增值，开展葛根的综合利 用；（6）提升科学化管理水平，实现葛产业可持续发展。 关键词：葛产业；发展对策；横峰县 III abstract Abstract Pueraria lobota has the good name of“northern pueraria lobota 、southern ginseng”、 “Asian ginseng”，it is approved by the ministry of health the first as medicine and nutrition both. In recent years,Hengfeng county regards the Pueraria lobota industry as mainstay industry,the cultivated area of pueraria lobota reach up to 4.5 million hectares, cultivate one peraria lobota processing enterprises as the provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprises,and develop ten peraria lobota processing enterprises. his industry helps peasants increase income about 400 yuan.
