毕业论文正文 现代行政中心发展概述及其亲民性设计理念 摘 要: 现代行政中心作为城市的客厅，是城市文化与精神载体。它不仅是城市政治生活中心，更是城市市民的公共活动中心。本文主要在对中西方城市行政中心方发展比较、城市行政中心发展现状分析和现代城市行政中心亲民性的设计理念研究的基础上，提出笔者浅显的看法，以及在行政中心设计中应当遵循的设计准则。 随着我国经济的高速的发展，城市规模的扩大，城市布局的调整，社会开放的的提高，在城市建设中，民主和透明的呼声日益高涨。这对城市中心的建设提出了全新的需求，传统空间封闭，建筑形式单一的城市行政中心的营造手法已经不再适应当前时代的的需求。为了体现行政中心的民主性，摆脱单一的庞大呆板的建筑空间格局，将公共服务设施和文化建筑融入行政中心，提高市民的参与度和亲和力，使城市行政中心从单纯的象征权利的政治核心转型为富有亲和力的市民广场。 关键词:行政中心 民主 设计理念 公共空间 Modern administrative center development overview and populist design concept Abstract: As the living room of the city, modern administrative center is urban culture and spirit carrier. It is not only a center of political life of the city, but also a public activity center. This paper on the basis of the Analysis the different of development of the citys administrative center between western countries and China and the Analysis of the development of the citys administrative center and study of Modern city administrative center, the author propose design guidelines that should be followed in the administrative center of the design and the . With Chinas rapid economic development, the expansion of the city, the adjustment of the layout of the city, the improvement of opening to the community, in the urban construction, the democratic and transparent voices is rising. This puts forward new requirements on construction of city center, traditional enclosed space, a single architectural form of administrative center Construction Skill is no longer fit the needs of the current era. In order to embody the democracy of administrative center, to get rid of the large single form of building space, combine administrative center with the public service facilities and cultural buildings, to enhance public participation and affinity, change the administrative center from which is mere symbol of the rights into core rich affinity of the public square.
