Through encapsulating the standard function in the network programming and with the design concept of modularization, the performance difficulty of the network programming experiments is reduced. In addition, the composition and function implementation of the network programming experiment platform is described, with focus on the developing interface of the standard function in the network programming, thus to give the application process of network programming. With reasonable platform design and strong versatility, and by simplifying the network programming code, the experimenter could concentrate on a specific function code development, and this would be helpfut to users in their network programming experiment
