Subject Construction in a Hospital

［Abstract］ Subject construction plays a significant role in the development of a hospital． Commonly the key
subject will be set as the center of the hospital subject construction ，and other subject will be developed with the
development of the key subject ，thus the service level could be improved and the talents construction of the hospital
be promoted ，and the capability be enhanced of scientific and technological innovation． In our hospital ，combinign
with current situation of subject construction ，the development measures of the subject were proposed as the coordi-
nated development of medical treatment ，teaching and research ，establising diagnosis and treatment center linked
by disease ，optimize the public resources ，improve the support of the subject development ，so as to improve the
competence of the hospital．
