Abstract: Temperaturemodulation technology has been proved to be an efficientmethod to mi prove gas sensors
selectivity and stability. Lots of research have been carried out recently. The temperaturemodulation techniques of
gas sensors are investigated and analyzed detailed in this paper, and it is stated from four key points including
temperature modulation methods, dynam ic signal processing techniques, optmi ization of modulation modes and
modeling of dynam ic responses. The developing trends of the technique is discussed at last.
