With nothing to eat and a warm place to sleep,many of them die of starvation and cold! How to solve this problem by ourselves? What can we do to help these stray dogs is to adopt these dogs,and appeals on more and more people to care about these stray dogs! America has some Stray dog rescue shelters to save homeless dogs.Some of them will be fortunetely adopted by they new owners.
