The purpose of the OSH Program is to define the OSH project organisation and the OSH performance criteria following CONTRACTOR’s “Integrated Management Manual for quality, health, safety and environment at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions”. It comprises the OSH objectives and requirements transformed into observable and auditable parameters and procedures, customised to the Project adapting COMPANY’s OSH requirements and procedures as stated by the CONTRACTThe OSH Program The first issue mainly determines the basic OSH requirements for the site. Additional supportive procedures/instructions will be implemented in the course of the project as required by the sequences of construction and subsequent commissioning works. The OSH Program is preliminary and subject to approval by COMPANY, if necessary.2.3 Corporate PolicyCONTRACTOR recognises OSH as a fundamental mission and expresses his commitment in the Quality, Health and Safety Policy which is part of Contractor’s Integrated Management Manual and consistent with the ThyssenKrupp OSH policy.
