Through analyzing the state of talents and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China, exploring the existing problems on the environment that SMEs how to use talents and the causes to those problems, according to the demand of constructing the talent supporting system in SMEs, the countermeasures of these problems have been suggested. These solutions include renewing the ideas of the talents in SMEs, setting up modern talents view; reforming the human resources management systems of SMEs, realizing the innovation in such aspects as salary and inspiration system; introducing the new management style, making full use of external sources to focus on enterprises growth; accelerating the construction of the people one corporate culture, promoting actively SMEs’ growth…….
