记帐消费协议 Credit Account Agreement 协议编号： Agreement Code: 甲方：深圳市华之沙旅业有限公司 Side A: 乙方： Side B: 经甲、乙双方友好协商，就乙方在甲方——深圳市华之沙旅业有限公司（以下简称酒店）记帐消费事宜达成以下协议: Side A and Side B come to the agreement as follow after conferring with both sides on the consumption credit account in the branch of Side A——Vienna 3 Best Chain Inns(HuaZhiSha)(Hotel for short as follow). 一、甲方同意乙方在酒店消费不需即时支付，而采用限额签单记帐，按月结算的方式。 Side A agrees that Side B can consume in the Hotel by the way of credit account settled monthly, instead of paying off instantly. 二、乙方在酒店消费每月最高限额为 以内，超过限额部分的消费须即时支付。 The maximum consumption for Side B in the Hotel is￥ dollars. Side B should settle the bills at once when the credit is over the maximum. 三、乙方须于每月的10号之前，向甲方清付上月的记帐消费款项。逾期须按未清付款项目万分之四的比例向甲方支付滞纳金，并承担由此而发生的甲方向乙方主张权利的一切费用（包括律师费，诉讼费等）。 Side B must settle all the consumption bills of the last month prior to 10th each month. If Side B does not pay off the consumption bills within the allowed days, 4%00 of the total bills charged as late fee and the concerned expenses (including lawyers dun cost and legal fee) should be paid by Side B. 四、乙方入住酒店可享受甲方所给的以下优惠及奖励： Side A will provide the privileges and incentives as follow for Side B staying in the Hotel: 快速办理入住及退房手续； 2、免费延迟退房至下午14：00（非特定时期内） Express check in/check out. Complimentary late check out to 14:00pm in normal period. 3、每日免费报纸； 4、免费宽频上网； Complimentary daily newspaper.
