(See 17 U.S.C. §105) Introduction Since March, 2011, the CTIA MIMO OTA Sub Group (MOSG) has been investigating the numerous test aspects associated with MIMO OTA performance evaluation. The initial scope of this project included tests that could be used to determine what constitutes a “good” vs. a “bad” performing MIMO-capable UE, and an evaluation of a MIMO UE’s spatial performance characteristics.
