精品论文 参考文献 IOC监测麻醉深度用于门诊无痛人工流产手术静脉麻醉临床分析 北京市海淀区航天中心医院 北京 100000 【摘 要】目的：探讨意识指数（IOC）在人工流产术中应用的可行性。方法：选择58例要求人工流产，妊娠6-8周患者58例，在丙泊酚静脉麻醉下随机分为IOC监测组（A组）及无IOC监测组（B组）各29例，分别观察麻醉前（T1）、扩宫颈（T2）、刮宫（T3）及手术结束（T4）时的血流动力学、血氧饱和度（SpO2），以及术中丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、知晓及体动、发人工流产综合征的例数，进行统计学分析。结果：T2、T3时两组分别与T1时比较血流动力学和SpO2有统计学差异（P＜0.05），组间比较血流动力学差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；T2时两组血流动力学差异最明显。两组比较丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、术中体动差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术中知晓及发生人工流产综合征无统计学差异。结论：IOC监测麻醉深度可使血流动力学、SpO2稳定，可降低丙泊酚用量、缩短苏醒时间，避免术中知晓、体动和人工流产综合征的发生，值得推广使用。 【关键词】IOC；人工流产术；血流动力学；丙泊酚 【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0641-02 Application of Index of Consciousness Monitoring Anesthetic Depth in Artificial Abortion in Outpatients 【Abstract】Objective: To explore the application of index of consciousness (IOC) in artificial abortion for the treatment of early pregnancy in outpatients.Methods: Fifty-eight patients who were 6-8 weeks of pregnancies and undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into 2 groups with 29 in each. The patients in group A were given intravenous anesthesia of propofol with IOC monitoring the depth of anesthesia, while the cases in group B were only performed intravenous anesthesia of propofol. The hemodynamics and degree of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) were examined at the moment of opening eyes 1 minute before anesthesia (T1), cervical dilatation (T2), uterine curettage (T3), and opening eyes when the patients regained consciousness, respectively. And the dosage of propofol, the time that the patients consciousness, intraoperative awareness, patients in body movement and the number of artificial abortion syndrome were also recorded.Results: For both groups, the differences in hemodynamics and SpO2 were significant between T1 and T2, T3. At the moment of T2, the differences in hemodynamics were significant between two groups.
