研 究与 开 发 一 种 利 用 边 缘 方 向 直 方 图 检 测 绝 缘 子 的 方 法 仲莉恩 冯 辉 隋立林 （华北 电力大学，北京 102206 ） 摘要 在 图像/ 视频 中自动检测和 定位绝缘子 是绝缘子故 障诊断重要 前提，但是 目前还没有高 效 的、成本 较低的检 测绝缘子 方法。本文提出 了一种利 用边缘 方 向直方 图定位绝 缘子的方 法。首 先 ，分别计 算图像子 块和模板 的边缘 方 向矢量 ，并通过 矢量变 换得到变 形模板的边缘方 向矢量； 之 后，针对 分块的图像，通过模板与之边缘方 向矢量匹配，得 到绝缘子 的候选区域；而后 ，对候 选 区域进行连续 性判断，从而实现绝缘 子的准确定位 。实验表 明该算法能够较好地在 图像/ 视频中 检 测和定位绝缘 子。 关键词：边缘方 向直方 图；图像子块 ；匹配；检测 An In su lat or Detect ion Meth od Using Edge Or ien t at ion Hist ogr am Zhong Lien Feng Hui u i Lilin (North China Electr ic Po wer U niver sity, Beij ing 102206) Ab str act Auto-d etection an d lo catio n in sulator is an imp ortant p rerequisite fo r fault diagno ses of insulator in the image or v id eo, b ut there is no an efficient, low er -co st metho d now.
