3. Course Objectives
This unit provides foundations for the application of management knowledge in the work environment. It explain the principles of individual and group behavior in organizations; Apply to the study of management and organizations a wide range of requisite professional skills including critical and analytical thinking, a capacity to question and challenge existing frameworks and ideas, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team by case studies and practical activities, discuss a wide range of new managerial practices in organizations. The students should learn to give presentation in front of the class and to write a critical literature review and a report on group activities. It provides the students with the ideas of how to improve the organizational performance.

The students’ results for this course will be based upon:
