This mode, possessing many advantages over the old one that the owner takes the whole responsibility of NPP construction, can improve management level, shorten the construction period, reduce construction cost, and make full use of the human resources. The China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd (CNPE), an AE company which is dominated by engineering, takes this advantage to perform the EPC management of NPP. Utilizing project management science and methodology in the engineering management of NPP construction will make best profit in the EPC work.
