Abstract By Guo HaoIn all ages,there are plenty of people who belong to the successful person all around the world. From Plato ,who was the greatest philosopher ,to Napoleon,who is the greatest military,they are honoured by most people in the earth.from quyuan ,who was one of the greatest astronomers in china ,to yaoming ,who do be good at basketball in china ,they are famous in the world .there is no doubt that they are successful,but ,when we observe the characteristics which help them succeed ,we find that we do not know. why?because you find that if you have one of these characteristics ,you may not succeed as them .in school ,we had learned the Math ,the Physical,the Biological ,but we never learned the Success. As someone had said ,there are not the success in the world ,and in fact ,I do not agree with this any more .However,although the success do not exist ,we still explore some factors,which help us succeed more easily to some extent.there is no deny that all of us want to realise our dream ,but we do not know that success need which triats that we should foster.
