精品论文 参考文献 Ezrin蛋白和iNOS在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性分析 黎玉容 张庆飞 丁瑜 杨兵(通讯作者) 　　(广东省深圳市龙岗中心医院消化内科 518116) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨Ezrin蛋白和iNOS在正常胃粘膜、不典型增生、胃癌组织中的表达情况，分析其相关性以及与胃癌生物学特性的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测45例胃癌组织、25例不典型增生胃粘膜和20例正常胃粘膜中Ezrin蛋白、iNOS的表达并加以分析。结果 ①Ezrin蛋白和iNOS在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为77.8%和73.3%，明显高于正常胃粘膜和不典型增生组(Plt;0.001) 。②Ezrin蛋白、iNOS的表达水平与肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移／远处转移有关(Plt;0.05)，与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无关(Pgt;0.05)。③Ezrin蛋白与iNOS的表达呈正相关(r=0.403，Plt;0.05)。结论 Ezrin蛋白、iNOS在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的发生、侵袭和淋巴结转移有关，二者联合检测可能成为预测胃癌转移及预后的指标。 　　【关键词】胃癌 Ezrin iNOS 免疫组化 　　【中图分类号】R730.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）16-0023-03 　　Analysis on correlation and expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS in gastric carcinoma 　　LIYu rong，Zhang Qingfei，Ding Yu，Yang Bing* ( Dept of Gastroenterology，Long gang Central Hospital of Shenzhen；*Corresponding author，E-mail：yangbing6708@163.corn) 　　【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Ezrin protein and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase( iNOS ) in normal gastric mucosa, dysplasia and gastric carcinoma, and to explore its relationship with tumor biology characters．Methods The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS in 45 specimens of gastric cancer，25 specimens of gastric dysplasia and 20 specimens of normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ①In gastric carcinoma, the positive expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were 77.8% and 73.3% respectively which higher than that in normal gastric tissues and gastric dysplasia (Plt;0.001).②The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were related to the tumor invasion depth，the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis (Plt;0.05 )，but theses were not related to gender, age and tumor diameter(Pgt;0.05). ③ The expression of Ezrin protein was positively correlated to that of iNOS in gastric carcinoma (r=0.403， plt;0.05 )． Conclusion The expression of Ezrin protein and iNOS were correlated to development，invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric
