精品论文 参考文献 三种不同康复方法治疗老年卒中患者90例结果分析 （北京怀柔第一医院 北京 101400 ） 【摘要】目的：分析不同的康复方法对老年卒中后遗留肢体功运动能障碍的康复效果。 方法：回顾性分析三种不同康复方法：传统神经康复技术（Bobath+Brunnstrom+PNF+Rood）[1]、Motor Relerning Programme(MRP)[2]、MRP+中医疗法对2013年3月——2015年3月期间在我院接受康复治疗的老年卒中后遗留肢体功能障碍患者的影响。结果：90例患者均进入终末评估。三组患者终末Motor Assessment Scale——MAS[3] 及改良Barthel 指数——MBI[4]评分情况：①传统康复组MAS及MBI得分均有提高，与治疗前比较差异显著有统计学意义(plt;0.05)。②MRP组MAS及MBI得分均有提高，与本组治疗前比较差异显著有统计学意义(plt;0.05 ) ,与传统组比较有差异显著有统计学意义(plt;0.05)。③中西医结合组MAS及MBI 得分均有提高与本组治疗前比较差异显著有统计学意义，与单纯MRP组比较差异显著有统计学意义。结论：MRP在改善老年卒中后肢体功能效果优于传统康复技术，融入了中医手法的MRP优于单纯MRP. 【关键词】三种康复方法；老年；卒中；结果分析 【中图分类号】R248【文献标识码】A [Abstract ] Objective To compare the effect of rehabilitation from the senior patients with poststroke whom were treated by different techiques.Methods: Retrospective study to the effect of three different rehabilitative techniques: western traditional rehabilitative techniques (Bobath +Brunnstrom+PNF+Rood); Motor Relerning Programme（MRP）;MRP+Chinese traditional medical means which were applied to 90 cases of senior patients with poststroke whom were treated in the departnent neurology since March 2013 to March 2015. Results: All of 90 cases of patients had their terminal evaluation.Their points of Motor Assessment Scale---MAS and Modified Barhtel Index---MBI:①Their points of MAS and MBI increased notably and had a difference and significance campare with their points befor training in traditinal group.(plt;0.05).②Their pionts of MAS and MBI both increased notably and had difference and significance campare with both their pionts befor training and the points of group 1 in MRP group.(plt;0.05)③Their points of MAS and MBI increased notably and had a difference and significance compare with their points befor training and the points of the single MRP group in Chinese troditional medical means integrated with MRP group.Conclusion:MRP is more effective than the wstern traditional rehabilitative techniques in the treatment for senior patients with poststroke .And when it integrated
