精品论文 参考文献 不合理中药饮片处方的分析 叶颖霞 　　（广州医科大学附属第一医院 广东广州 510120） 　　【摘要】目的：分析中药饮片处方中的不合理问题，并探讨其发生原因。方法：从我院2012年所有门诊中药饮片处方中每月随机抽取1500张，全年共抽取18000张处方进行调查，分析这些处方中所存在的不合理问题。结果：根据分析结果，我们将主要存在的不合理问题归纳为以下几方面：诊断不规范、单味药物剂量超量、毒性饮片使用量掌握不严和煎服方法错误。其中临床诊断不规范占调查总量的8.80%；单味药物剂量超量占调查总量的50.47%；毒性饮片使用量掌握不严占调查总量的9.67%；煎服方法错误占调查总量的6.80%。结论：医院应当加强医生所开具的处方质量和药物临床应用的管理，进一步规范医师处方行为，落实处方审核、发药、核对与用药交待；定期对医务人员进行合理用药知识培训；制定并落实持续质量改进措施 　　【关键词】中药饮片处方 中医学 合理用药 　　【中图分类号】R95 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）34-0068-02 　　Analysis of Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription unreasonable 　　Yeying Xia 　　( First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Guangzhou 510120 ) 　　【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the prescription of Chinese Herbal Medicine irrational, and to explore the reasons for the occurrence.
