精品论文 参考文献 中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶与肝癌转移的关系研究 唐志强通讯作者 王燕清 　　上海市奉贤区中心医院 上海 201400 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶与肝癌转移的关系。方法：30例肝癌患者根据癌症转移的部位分两组，分别是肝癌不转移组和肝转移组。采用ELISA法测定患者组织上清及血清中NE、IL-6和TNF-alpha;水平，并进行NE与IL-6和TNF-alpha;相关性的分析。结果：①肝癌患者血清NE的水平明显高于对照组（plt;0.005），肝癌不转移患者NE水平分别与肝癌转移患者的血清中NE的水平进行比较，差异显著（plt;0.005），在肝癌组织上清中NE的水平在肝癌不转移及肝癌转移间有明显的差异（plt;0.005）IL-6及TNF-alpha;的水平在肝癌不转移及肝癌转移患者间有明显的差异（plt;0.005）。②相关性的分析结果显示，NE与IL-6及TNF-alpha;呈明显的正相关（plt;0.005）。结论：肝癌患者其癌症组织上清及血清中NE的水平与肝癌侵袭转移有关，提示调节NE的水平有可能成为防止肝癌侵袭转移的新思路。 　　【关键字】中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶；肝癌；侵袭转移 　　【中图分类号】R329. 2 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0239-02 　　Study on the relationship between neurtophil elastase and metastasis of colorectal cancer 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the relationship between neurtophil elastase and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods: 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients was divided into three groups including group without metastasis of colorectal cancer, group with colorectal cancer transferring to liver and group with colorectal cancer transferring to lung based on the position where colorectal cancer transfer. The levels of neurtophil elastase (NE), IL-6 and TNF-alpha;in textural supernatant and serum were detected using the ELISA method. Also, the correlation of NE with IL-6 and TNF-alpha;was analyzed. Results: ① The level of NE in colorectal cancer was markedly higher than that in control (plt;0.005).Also, significant differences were found in the levels of NE, IL-6 and TNF-alpha;between groups with and without metastasis of colorectal cancer (plt;0.005).However no significant differences was showed between group with colorectal cancer transferring to liver and to lung. ② Correlation analysis indicated that NE displayed a positive correlation with IL-6 and TNF-alpha;. Conclusion: These results suggested that NE had relationship with metastasis of colorectal cancer, especially tumor metastasis to lung and liver, implying that regulating the level of NE may be a thread for preventing the metastasis of col
