精品论文 参考文献 乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎临床观察 张 维 四川省崇州市中医医院 611230 　　【摘要】目的：研究探讨乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管炎的临床效果。方法：将我院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的支气管炎患儿80例按照统计学原理分成对照组和观察组，对照组患儿采用常规的红霉素治疗措施，观察组患儿实行乳糖酸阿奇霉素进行治疗，比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗结果显示，观察组患儿治疗有效率为97.8%，对照组患儿治疗有效率为77.8%，数据符合统计学差异( Plt;0.05)；同时，观察组患儿治疗过程中不良反应发生概率显著低于对照组患儿，数据符合统计学差异( Plt;0.05)。结论：针对支气管炎患儿的治疗，应用乳糖酸阿奇霉素进行治疗，可以取得良好的治疗效果，不良反应少，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】乳糖酸阿奇霉素；小儿支气管炎；疗效观察【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-7165(2015)12-0011-02[abstract] objective: to study the investigate lactose acid of azithromycin in the treatment of infantile bronchitis effect. Methods: our hospital from July2012 - July 2012 bronchitis in children with 80 cases in accordance with the principle of statistics is divided into control group and observation group,control group with conventional erythromycin treatment, observation group with a acid lactose azithromycin treatment, compared two groups of childrenwith clinical therapeutic effect. Results: the treatment, according to the results of the treatment effective rate was 97.8% in observation group of children,the treatment effective rate was 77.8% in control group children, data accord with statistical difference (P lt; 0.05); At the same time, the observation groupwith adverse reaction probability significantly lower than control group in the process of treatment of children with, data in accordance with statisticaldifference (P lt; 0.05).
