The responsibility contract is to be signed with each department to ensure that safety management is executed to the full extent. 1、按照“谁主管、谁负责”方针，部门领导是该部门的安全第一责任 人，必须首先要懂得酒店的各项消防安全制度和管理规定，并以身作则，同时将制度落实到每一位员工，并督促属下员工严格执行酒店及部门的各项安全管理制度。 According to the policy of “he who is in charge of the safety management should be responsible for”, each department head should be responsible for the safety management in his/her department. He/She is required to know fire safety management regulations and to coach his subordinates to strictly comply with them. 2、员工下班后严格认真检查工作场所的电器设备及门窗是否关闭。 Associate should strictly check whether the electrical facilities and doors are closed in working place. 3、管理人员不定期地对下属员工进行消防、安全意识教育和培训，要利用 看、听、问、闻、想的技巧，提高员工的安全意识。 Manager is expected to educate and train his subordinates on a regular basis regarding fire safety awareness, and make use of the skills of looking, listening, asking, smelling and thinking to raise associate’s safety awareness. 4、对工作场所的闲杂人员要主动询问，发现问题及时报告保安部控制中 心。 If there is any irrelevant person wandering around the working area, associate should take initiative to inquire.
