Get ready for the next activity in this class. 1.Focus their attention on the teacher. 2.Ask and answer questions in pairs to revise the greeting of new year. 3.Brainstorming. Try to express the means of transportation as many as you can. By bus, by train, on foot, by bike, by subway, by car, by plane, by ship, by boat … 利用目标语言——新年祝福和交通工具等导入1a。 Presentation (10 minutes) Present new words andmeans of transportation with the help of the picture. Revise the greetings of new year. Play the tape recorder and check the answers. 1.Do 1a. Look at the picture in 1a. Ask and answer questions. Learn new words of this section, gate, by, subway, underground, etc. 2.Listen to 1a twice individually. Then choose correct answers to fill in the blanks after listening.
