学校: 枣庄市第十七中学 八年级英语上 　2014年11月12日 第11周 星期三 第3节课 主讲人: 贾广兰 个人手机 邮箱: jiading212@ Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake? 第1课时New words and phrases Teaching and learning Goals: 一、语言知识和语言功能 1. 能争取使用下列词汇(Curriculum words课程表词汇) on P128-129: shake, yogurt, honey, watermelon, spoon, salt, sugar, cheese, corn, machine, hole, sandwich, butter, piece, autumn, traveler, pepper, plate, temperature, England, pour, add, dig, celebrate, mix, fill, cover, sever, traditional, finally. 2. 能争取使用下列常用短语 (useful expressions): cut up, mix up, put…into, turn on, a piece of, two cups of, three spoons of. 3. 能认读下列词汇(Non- curriculum words非课程表词汇): milk snake, blender, pot, popcorn, turkey, lettuce, peel, Thanksgiving, oven, gravy. 4. Enable to read and understand the story including new words and useful expressions and then try to recite it. (能够理解、翻译包含本单元新词汇所编写的故事，利用故事记忆单词并尝试着复述。) 二、学习策略 1.依据图片学习、理解、记忆新学的词汇。 2.在语境中理解和记忆词汇。 3.依据构词规律理解和记忆词汇。 4.依据思维导图能够将所学词汇进行信息归类。 三、情感态度: 学习食品的制作方法，感受生活的乐趣，激发英语的学习兴趣。 Teaching and learning steps Learn to read the words on P128-129 of unit 8. Let Ss try to read the words by themselves using the phonetics and underline the difficult words you can’t. Encourage the students to read the difficult words they can’t especially with their partner or work in groups. The others listen and correct their pronunciations. (Teacher walks around and gives some help if needed.) Get one or two middle-level students to read all the words loudly, the others listen and then ask the good students to correct the wrong pronunciations. If necessary, the teacher helps them to correct. Read after the tape, imitate the pronunciation. The students read aloud to memorize the words. (Meanwhile The teacher walks around to see whether students have any questions.) (设计意图：首先是有意识培养和训练学生根据音标自主学习单词的能力和习惯的养成；然后培养和激发学生谦虚好学和积极合作的学习态度；接着跟读矫正发音；最后自由朗读加强训练与巩固。总之单词的学习要坚持从个体—同伴—小组—整体的原则，培养学生自主学习和小组合作学习的能力，使其树立能够学习好英语的自信心
