精品论文 参考文献 三种全麻维持模式的清醒时间比较 李刚 代俊超 （泸州医学院附属医院麻醉科 四川泸州 646000） 【摘要】目的 比较三种不同全麻维持模式清醒时间，为临床选择一种最优良的全麻维持模式。方法 90例16-90岁需全麻的择期手术病人随机分为3组。七氟烷维持组（S组）术中以3-4%七氟烷维持麻醉，丙泊酚维持组（P组）术中以100-120mu;g/kg.min持续泵注丙泊酚，七氟烷及丙泊酚序贯组（S+P组）诱导插管后维持同S组，手术后1/4段改为100-120mu;g/kg.min丙泊酚泵注，同时停吸七氟烷，以6L/min氧流量洗肺。比较3组病人停用麻醉药到呼唤睁眼的时间及苏醒期情况。结果 P组清醒时间明显小于S组和S+P组（均P lt;0.05）。恶心呕吐，烦躁的发生率三组比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 全麻维持使用丙泊酚较七氟烷及二者序贯苏醒快。 【关键词】全麻维持 七氟烷 丙泊酚 清醒时间 【中图分类号】R614 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）25-0092-02 The comparation of the awake time of three different maintenance mode under general anesthesia. Department of anesthesiology ,affiliated hospital of Luzhou Medical Collage, Luzhou, Sichuan,646000 ,china 【Abstract】Objective To compare the awake time of three different maintainance mode of general anesthesia, then to choose the best one for clinical application. Methods ninety patients aged 16-90 yrs old undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups .sevoflurane group(group S) received 3-4% sevoflurane for anesthesia maintainance; propofol group(group P) was pumped 100-120mu;g/kg.min propofol continuously; in sevoflurane and propofol group(group S+P) anesthesia were administered the same as group S after rapid induction and intubation,then received 100-120mu;g/kg.min propofol in latter 1/4 period of operation, at the same time stop inhalaing sevoflurane and wash the lung with 6L/min oxygen. The three groupsrsquo; awake time and side effects were compared. Results The awake time of group S is shorter than group P and group S+P (P lt;0.05). the incidence of nausea, vomiting, dysphoria in three groups have no significance .
