精品论文 参考文献 三维多普勒超声在产前诊断胎盘植入的应用价值 要迎春 栗河舟 张红彬 樊 慧 张君玲 李 洁 郑州大学第三附属医院超声科 河南 郑州 450052 摘要：目的：主要探讨三维彩色多普勒超声在产前诊断胎盘植入的应用价值，胎盘植入的产前声像图特征。方法：选择2008 年7 月-2012 年7 月在我院进行 产前超声检查、产后经病理或临床证实为胎盘植入的患者98 例。分析胎盘植入的产前声像图特征，以及三维、二维超声检出率。结果：中央型前置胎盘及前壁胎 盘，胎盘植入的检出率明显高于对照组，三维彩超检出率明显高于二维彩超，差异具有统计学意义。结论：胎盘植入的产前超声检出率受众多因素影响，如胎盘 位置、胎儿位置、检查者手法及孕周大小等，产前诊断漏诊率高，三维彩色多普勒超声，尤其是三维能量多普勒，在产前诊断胎盘植入方面具有重要的应用价值， 为临床医师的诊治提供可靠保证。 关键词： 胎盘植入；产前；三维彩超 3 d doppler ultrasonography in prenatal diagnosis of placenta increta application value YAO Ying- chun, LI He -zhou, ZHANG Hong -bing , Fan Hui , ZHANG Jun- ling，LI Jie (Department of Ultrasound, Third affiliated Hos-pital of Zhengzhou University, zhengzhou 450052,China) Abstract: objective: This paper mainly discusses three dimensional color doppler ultrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of placenta increta application value, prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics of placenta increta. Methods: July 2008 - July 2012 in our hospital for prenatal ultrasound, postpartum confirmed by pathological or clinical of 98 cases of placenta increta. Analysis of prenatal ultrasonographic characteristics of placenta implantation, as well as 3 d, 2 d ultrasound detection rate. Results: The anterior wall central type of placenta previa and placenta, placenta increta detection rate is significantly higher than the control group, the three dimensional colour to exceed was much higher than that of 2 d colour to exceed, difference have statistical significance. Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasound detection rate of placenta increta is influenced by many factors, such as the placenta, fetal position, inspectors and gestational age size, prenatal diagnosis, missed diagnosis is high, the three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound, especially 3 d power doppler in the prenatal diagnosis of placenta implantation has important application value, the diagnosis and treatment for clinical doctors provide reliable guarantee.
