精品论文 参考文献 42例脑室穿刺外引流术后护理体会 苟 旭 王晓荣通信作者 李海君 李 容 王一宇 　　重庆市潼南县人民医院 402660 　　摘要：目的 探讨神经外科脑室穿刺外引流术后的护理方法。方法 回顾性调查2012年1月至2014年9月，某医院神经外科行脑室穿刺外引流术患者的病历资料，总结其护理方法。结果 42例行脑室穿刺外引流术的患者，恢复良好14例，好转率33.33%。结论 通过严格无菌技术操作、加强围手术期护理、并发症的观察及护理、加强患者营养、尤其是加强脑室引流管的护理，提高了患者的治愈率。 　　关键词：脑室穿刺；外引流；护理 　　[Abstract]Objective Discuss the postoperative nursing methods on outside the ventricle puncture drainage of neurosurgery operation.Methods Make a retrospective review on clinical history of those patients with neurosurgical line outside the ventricle puncture drainage from 2012.1 to2014.9.Result Among all the 42
