精品论文 参考文献 内皮祖细胞在冠状动脉粥样硬化疾病中的治疗作用 张薇 　　（内蒙古呼和浩特市第一医院CCU 内蒙古 呼和浩特 010000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨内皮祖细胞在冠状动脉粥样硬化疾病中的治疗作用。方法：收集2013年4月～2014年8月我院诊断为冠心病心肌梗死的患者作为研究对象，定义为研究组；对照组为同期来我院未诊断为冠心病心肌梗死的患者。对比研究组和对照组内皮祖细胞水平。结果：研究组入院时、研究组出院时、对照组内皮祖细胞水平分别为：436.51plusmn;95.47pg/ml、278.6plusmn;69.4pg/ml、234.63plusmn;64.25pg/ml。对照组内皮祖细胞水平明显低于研究组入院时和出院时的水平，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。研究组出院时内皮祖细胞水平明显低于入院时水平，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），即对照组内皮祖细胞水平最低，研究组入院时内皮祖细胞水平最高。结论：本次研究认为冠心病心肌梗死急性期患者内皮祖细胞表达明显增高，内皮祖细胞可能参与心肌梗死患者血管修复和再生过程。 　　【关键词】内皮祖细胞；动脉粥样硬化；治疗；心肌梗死 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）08-0107-02 　　Therapeutic effect of endothelial progenitor cells in coronary atherosclerosis disease 　　Zhang Wei First Hospital CCU department of Huhehaote Neimenggu, 010000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of endothelial progenitor cells in coronary atherosclerotic disease in.
