精品论文 参考文献 健康体检中心对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的干预效果 （重庆医科大学附属第一医院健康体检部 重庆 400016） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨体检中心对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的干预效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年12月在本体检中心体检的168例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，年龄60～82岁，随机分成对照组和干预组，各组84例，对照组患者仅进行常规的体检流程，另在体检报告中呈现相关病情提示和禁忌项；干预组患者除参与正常体检流程、提供体检报告外，还对其进行健康管理干预，半年后所有患者均回本体检中心再次进行临床指标测量，包括空腹血糖、饭后2小时血糖、随机血糖浓度、体重指数、糖化血红蛋白值，比较两组患者临床指标。结果：基线状态两组患者空腹血糖、饭后2小时血糖、随机血糖浓度、糖化血红蛋白值、甘油三酯、总胆固醇均无明显差异（Pgt;0.05），与基线状态相比，两组患者各项指标均有所改善，但是干预后，干预组的各项指标改善情况较对照组更为显著（Plt;0.05）。结论：健康体检中心对老年患者进行有效的干预指导可以很好的控制患者血糖浓度及明显改善其他各项指标，值得进一步推广和完善。 　　【关键词】 体检中心；老年糖尿病；血糖；干预 　　【中图分类号】R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）13-0011-02 　　Effect of Physical Examination Center on Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Patients with Diabetes 　　First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Department of health and physical examination, Chongqing 400016,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of physical examination center on blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
