2007 44(2) 　Chinese Bulletin of Entomology ·205 ·　 c-kit ＊ 1 2 ＊＊ 赵　卓 　奚耕思 (1.　　136000;2.　 　710062) 1 Dynamics expression of c-kit protein in gametogenesis of Atractomorpha heterop tera .ZHAO Zhuo , XI Geng- Si2＊＊(1.College of Lif eScience, J ilin Normal University, Siping　136000, China;2.College of LifeScience, Shaanxi Normal University, Xi′an　710062, China) Abstract　By using immunohistochemistry an biostatistics, the special expression ynamics of c-kit protein in gametogenesis were stu ie by rearing Atractomorpha heteroptera Bei-Bienko in natural con itions.The results showe that:(1)In spermatogenesis, there were ifferent expression levels of c-kit protein in spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes, secon spermatocytes an mature sperms, an the biggest positive granules were foun at the en of spermary;(2)In oogenesis, there were ifferent expression levels of c-kit protein from the 1st to 6th stage of oocytes but the positive granules isappeare with the following vitellogenesis;(3)The c-kit positive granuleswere also foun infollicular cells an the glan cells of ovi uct an spermathecae;(4)The ynamic change of c-kit positive expression showe that it became stronger in young perio s than in ol perio s not only in spermatogenesis but also in oogenesis.All in all, the special expression of c-kit protein implie that those proteins might participate in the stage regulation an play crucial role in gametogenesis.
