湿拉塔轮表面检查 SW-01-002 SW Global Level III SOP 1. 目的 为了合适的定义并标准化检测湿拉机器上塔轮的损伤，起槽，腐蚀的方法。 2. 范围/应用 各种湿拉机器上塔轮/牵引轮/记米轮等 3. 职责 操作工负责在预防换模时检查塔轮表面 维修部门负责在预防维修时检查塔轮表面. 4. 定义 5. 流程图/程序 6. 参考 Robert Roels 编写的SOP 文件 - GAMM SW 团队的输入 检查标准: 塔轮表面的检查须在每次预防换模或预防维修时进行。 所有可见的或者可感知的损伤或沟槽都是不可接受的。 塔轮表面的损伤会导致镀层损失，塔轮夹丝，断丝，圈径问题等等。。。。 如果发现有任何的沟槽或者损伤，应该立即被替换并重新打磨。 WWD CONE SURFACE EVALUATION SW-01-002 SW Global Level III SOP 1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCEDURE To achieve an adequate and standardized way for detecting damages, grooves, pitting on the cone surface of WWD machines. 2. SCOPE / APPLICATION All cones/ capstans/ counter wheels of all types of WWD machines 3. RESPONSIBILITIES The operator is responsible for checking cone surface during preventive die change The maintenance department is responsible for checking cone surface during preventive maintenance. 4. REFERENCES SOP issued by Robert Roels - GAMM Inputs from communication team SW Evaluation criteria: Surface check has to be done during each preventive die serie change and preventive maintenance. All visible or palpable damages or grooves are not accepted. Damage of cone surface will result in coating loss, clamped wires on the cone, fractures, cast problems ...
