We inve tigate the problem of blind MUD in alpha table di tribution no i y communica tion channel by addre ing the negative effect of heavytailed noi e to the original blind M UD algorithm. Thi paper propo e a new MOE ( M inimum Output Energy) criterion employing FLO S ( fractional lowerorder tati tic) . The a o ciated FLO SMOE blind MU D method, ba ed on a to cha tic gradient de cent algorithm, i able to mitigate impul ive channel noi e and MAI ( multiple ad dre interference) . Theoretical analy e and the computer imulation indicate that the new detector i not only uitable for Gau ian noi e condition, but al o robu t under impul e noi e condition.
