The purpose of this experiment is to analyze the number, size and shape of inclusions in the continuous casting slab at different reheating 1400 3 temperatures, 1100, 1250and 1400, each for a SEM-EDS1100 period of 3 hours. According to OM and SEM-EDS analysis, the oxide, nitride and sulfide exist in casts when reheating at 1100. The inclu sion numb er 2 2 1/mm is increased to 81/mm and the inclu sion size is 81 6 m enlarged to 6m. When casts are reheated at 1250, 1250 the manganese sulfide is solid-dissolved in the casts 2 2 1/mm with the inclusion number decreased by 36/mm and 36 3 m the inclusion size reduced to 3m. When reheating 1400 at 1400, aluminum nitride and manganese sulfide are dissolved and the inclusions number is decreased 2 2 1/mm 73 by 73/mm and the inclu sion size is too small to be measurable. However, the aluminum oxide and 3 m titanium nitride inclusions still present at 3 m. 關鍵字： Key words: inclusions slab h
